AFOSA (Accesorios Forestales de Occidente) is the exclusive national distributor of farming, forestry, and gardening equipment and tools. Since its founding in 1974 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, the organisation has grown to include a network of more than 400 distributors across Mexico. AFOSA distinguishes itself from its rivals through service to its distribution network and after-sales service to end users, and it is for these reasons that the company has decided to upgrade its previous ERP system to NetSuite.

The AFOSA board of directors determined that Microsoft Business Solutions no longer provides the flexibility and speed needed to continue to grow and provide solutions, so they chose to migrate to the cloud.

With NetSuite, AFOSA has achieved more control over the company's operations through automation, and its processes are more efficient and competent, which in turn has led to a strengthening of relationships with suppliers, distributors and business partners.
Up next: more outlets
AFOSA wants to keep growing and expanding, and NetSuite helps them do so by allowing them to create personalised tasks that adapt to the company's future needs. AFOSA also wants to branch out into ecommerce and take its website to the next level, which NetSuite's SuiteCommerce would allow.
