Fast out the gate: After launching in 2015, Zeus Living got off to a quick start managing mid-term stays for both B2B corporate clients and B2C residents, attaining over $100 million in revenue in just four years. To date, the company has hosted 37,000 individuals across 94 U.S. cities for over 1.3 million nights booked.

Market and growing pains: In its early stages, the company struggled with a slow, manual PO process for property rentals and a third-party inventory system that made it difficult to track the furniture units used in properties.

Getting back on track: Zeus Living implemented NetSuite ERP to automate its PO system for 1,500+ properties, lowering bad debt and time to collect on invoices. The team also now uses NetSuite’s inventory management system to more easily track assets, including thousands of SKUs that transition from warehouse to properties and back to warehouses.

Booked more than ever: Zeus Living kicked off 2021 with more bookings than ever and record-breaking margins. Leadership is confident its procurement and inventory systems will support the next phase of growth, including a potential IPO down the road. The company pushes forward, committed to helping people live and work well, wherever and whenever they choose.
