Founded 22 years ago by a Ph.D. candidate who created liquid yeast for his friends that owned a homebrew store, White Labs took off as new yeast strains were available to these enthusiasts. White Labs turned to NetSuite OneWorld for a unified system to manage financials, CRM, manufacturing and international operations after evaluating SAP, Salesforce.com and InfusionSoft.

ERP implementation a chance for process reevaluation

As part of its NetSuite implementation, White Labs streamlined many of its processes that were previously maintained in Excel spreadsheets, including automated production forecasting for its 200 strains of yeast made in 90 different 430-liter vessels.
