NetSuite allows Unilab to treat each distributor as a business partner to better manage inventory, including the use of serialized inventory for FEFO (first expiry, first out) distribution.

Real-time visibility and business continuity: With OneWorld, Unilab now has real-time data visibility to track product sales and promotions, rather than relying on manual reports from distributors. Vital information is standardized and accessible for both Unilab and partners. As a cloud-based system, NetSuite also provides a disaster-protection measure that would stabilize the entire system during unexpected events like typhoons.
