Since its creation in 2010, Ulabox has grown revenues from €4m in 2014 to €10m in 2015 but still employs only around 60 people. NetSuite Financials, which is configured directly with its retail back-office and logistics solutions, is used to raise invoices and carry out tax returns automatically.
Automating the process
For a business offering fast deliveries from thousands of products, everything needs to be automatic and efficient, with no room for manual data entry and errors. The cloud-based financial management system has proven very easy for Ulabox employees to use, with just one screen and only a few fields to complete. This contrasts with the trials and tribulations of the previous system that required hurdling through multiple screens and menus, taking ages to complete and often blocking the system altogether.
Seamless implementation and efficient working practice
NetSuite was implemented in a few months, greatly assisted by RSM, a Solution Provider partner in Spain, who advised on best practice and ways in which Ulabox could become more efficient. The superior integration between the ERP, retail and logistics systems helps manage increasing volumes of data from thousands of transactions.
