Noima started by providing technology startups with access to experienced sales directors in a limited capacity, such as by the hour, day, week or month. Its cost-effective model resonated with firms looking to leverage the knowledge and network of sales directors without paying six-figure salaries, and the firm now has teams on four continents.
New opportunities, new systems
Noima eventually created a separate division, Level Up, to expand into full-scope product management, including logistics, warehousing and brokering retail sales in international markets. The team needed a comprehensive business platform to manage, track and ship inventory, as well as invoice, in this new division.
Ready for launch
Noima found the ability to easily manage stock and complete multiple drop shipments in NetSuite ERP, which proved critical when retailers shuttered in 2020. The team also easily runs advanced financial reports for each of its subsidiaries individually, all within the same system.
Life after leveling up
Easy implementation and out-of-the-box functionality allowed Noima to run major operations like marketing, accounting, CRM and inventory management in NetSuite from day one. Level Up achieved €550,000 in turnover within its first eight months on the platform.
