Journelle selected NetSuite as a unified cloud solution that could handle business processes spanning financials, inventory, order management and CRM, while providing real-time access to personalized customer data like measurements, preferences and past purchases. The flexibility of NetSuite enabled Journelle to customize the software to its specific needs.
Delivering on omnichannel
With four retail locations and a pop-up store in a refurbished AirStream trailer, along with an ecommerce site, NetSuite provides Journelle a true omnichannel experience including buy anywhere, pick-up anywhere. Meanwhile, NetSuite tracks inventory with 20,000 SKUs across all locations seamlessly.
Strategic business transformation
The visibility enabled by NetSuite and the elimination of manual processes has freed Journelle to devote greater resources to the customer experience. It’s recently introduced its own Journelle private label lingerie brand, adding to the 60 to 70 designer brands it sells.
