Standardising Processes While Maintaining Flexibility

Everise was established with a vision to disrupt the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry by first identifying and subsequently acquiring companies which showed potential in the areas of transforming customer experience. The largest challenge for Everise wasn’t the acquisitions themselves but integrating each business seamlessly with each other so that the synergies born out of the acquisitions was captured.

As Everise acquired different businesses, their disparate back-office systems forced them to manually consolidate data for financial processes, such as bank reconciliation and forecasting. They also struggled to achieve a comprehensive view of the business as data was kept in silos.
A unified system for global financial management
By standardising the financial processes across its four subsidiaries using NetSuite, Everise shortened its bank reconciliation process by 20%. Having real-time visibility of its global operations also helped Everise make more informed business decisions.
