What is Virtual Training?
Are Virtual Training sessions interactive?
Your session will definitely be very interactive. As the instructor and students work through the content, you can ask questions and participate in group activities—and expect to be called on to participate—just as you would in an in-person Learning Center course.
Is the content delivered in Virtual Training the same as a Learning center class?
Virtual Training is delivered by the same highly-qualified instructors using the same materials and labs as a Learning Center course.
When is the last day to register?
We recommend that students register as early as possible, as courses can fill quickly. Virtual Training registrations are only accepted until two business days prior to the session start date.
How do I set up and attend my training session?
Setting up for your class and attending the session is easy. First be sure you have received a course confirmation e-mail. If you have not received the confirmation, please e-mail training@netsuite.com. After receiving your confirmation e-mail, you are now ready to Prepare for Virtual Training. This guide will provide everything you need to prepare you for your virtual experience
How do I access my Virtual Training session?
Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirming the Training session title, date and time details as well as the link to the online session. Another email reminder will be sent a day or two prior to the class start date. Please log in 20 minutes before each class starts to ensure that you are able to access the session, check in with the instructor, and follow any in-class instructions prior to the start of the session.
What breaks are available during a virtual session?
The sessions will have scheduled breaks. The Instructor will review the schedule during Introductions at the beginning of each course.
If for some reason, you need to step away from the session outside of the session breaks, you can give a visual indication in the WebEx tool that you are stepping away from your workstation. However, as with any live class, the instructor will continue while you are away. Please note: Certificates of Completion will not be sent to any student who misses all or part of his/her registered class or in any other way fails to complete the class unless otherwise arranged with the instructor ahead of time.
What is the cancellation policy for Virtual Training sessions?
Registrations may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty up to ten (10) business days prior to the class start date. Registrations cancelled or rescheduled within ten (10) business days prior to the class start date will be charged the FULL course price. This policy applies to all registrations, including those confirmed within ten (10) business days before the class start date.
To cancel a registration, the student must send an email to training@netsuite.com with their name, class date and location. An email will be sent confirming the cancellation.
