Job Description:
The telemarketing team will be tasked with providing new low acquisition cost revenue opportunities for the NetSuite sales organization. Proactively contact business prospects through outbound telemarketing calls and email correspondence with the goal of developing qualified leads for the NetSuite sales organization. The Telemarketing Representative will use proven sales questioning techniques to determine a prospect's business needs, log the information in the NetSuite application and forward the pre-qualified leads to the appropriate sales team.
- Meet or exceed quarterly goals of new qualified sales leads through telemarketing phone calls and email correspondence
- Acquire necessary information from prospect to determine if lead is qualified
- Articulate benefits of NetSuite solutions that relate to the prospect's business requirements and corporate goals
Qualifications/Skills:
- Fluent in the English language with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal employees and external prospects through verbal and written communication skills
- 2 to 3 years of direct sales experience; preferably in telemarketing/lead generation
- Previous experience in communicating over the telephone and via email with high-level decision makers
- Basic knowledge of business organizational structures and core business processes
- Expertise in call planning and telemarketing metrics including dials, contacts and qualified leads
- Meet or exceed assigned individual business goals as well as work in a team environment
- Ability to work evenings
