Job Description:
Responsible for developing and maintaining post-sales relationships with vertical customers
Contact customers to discuss renewal value and other new products/services over the phone
Establish and sustain positive customer satisfaction levels through activity-based touch points prior the upcoming renewal subscriptions
Maintain broad and technical knowledge of product and services
Clarify customer requirements; conduct initial probing of needs and basic troubleshooting
Redirect customer support-type i.e. in-depth troubleshooting through proper channels
Achieve targets set for defined pre-sales activities
Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Prepare complete and accurate pre-sales records in the system and other reports required
Coordinate with Support, Sales and other technical departments as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
- Well developed interpersonal skills with ability to accept negative feedback without internalizing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly enthusiastic, positive minded, service oriented individual
- Results-driven and can easily adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Open to working graveyard shift
- At least a college graduate in any field
- Knowledge of ERP (Accounting), CRM (Siebel) and Web (ASP, HTML, SOAP, SCRIPTING, SQL, JAVA) products is a definite plus.
- Minimum of 2 years call center (outbound) experience handling SaaS or similar services
- Expert knowledge of the Internet, browsers and web navigation required
