Job Description:
The Training Consultant will deliver web-based training on the functional aspects of the NetSuite application in the areas of CRM, ERP and Ecommerce via our web conferencing software. This position will also help develop eLearning modules in the same subject areas to provide on-demand, self-paced training solutions. The Training Consultant will learn and understand the training agendas and learning objectives for each area by topic including:

• Dashboards and Basic Usability
• Searches and Reports
• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Inventory Management
• Project Management
• Sales Force Automation
• Customer Service and Support
• Marketing Automation
• Ecommerce Basics
• Customization Basics

The Training Consultant will deliver a variety of these topic based end-user and administrator sessions to customers looking for specialized training in an online capacity. In addition, they will learn all relevant aspects of current and new product functionality to ensure ongoing improvement of product knowledge, training and presentation skills.

Qualifications/Skills:
Candidates for the Training Consultant role should have many of the following qualifications:

• Experience in delivering software training to customers.
• Solid presentation skills and be able to work with customers to assess training needs.
• Experience with developing and maintaining eLearning or computer based training materials.
• Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to ERP, CRM and Ecommerce.
