Job Description:

• Support business financials including expenses, capital, and headcount planning and reporting for worldwide Marketing, Product, and G&A organizations
• Support annual budgeting and planning process for Marketing, Product, and G&A
• Monthly and quarterly expense forecasting and variance analysis
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages
• Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as needed 

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required, BS in Finance or Accounting preferred
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience at a multinational, public company preferred
• Minimum 5 – 7 years finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 – 4 years in FP&A roles preferred
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
• Experience using an ERP system a must
