Responsibilities:
This is an Account Management role for the SMB team in Manila managing existing customers in the Americas. The primary focus of the account manager is to retain customers and facilitate customer growth through expanded use of features. The candidate would be expected to maintain and grow a pipeline of upsell business within their assigned territory to achieve a minimum of 100% of quota.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree
• Preferably 1–4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Understanding of Business Software applications such as ERP, CRM and Ecommerce is a must
• Understanding of basic sales methodology
• Above average communications skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent negotiation skills and customer service skills
• Applicants must be willing to work graveyard shift
• Must be willing to work in Makati.
